Transnational Meeting I
The TM1 objectives were to gather the Coordination team face-to-face, so to exchange ideas on the project implementation, to divide responsibilities and set a detailed project timeline. Proper communication tools were discussed and agendas for the planned activities drafted. The partners drew up the lay-out of the Clubs4Europe website, social media and YouTube channel, set the impact indicators and agreed on the evaluation, communication and dissemination plans.
As results from the kick-off meeting (TM1) were shaped administrative, implementation, financial and reporting issues, and procedures for the Clubs4Europe management. The international coordination team was introduced to the project implementation structure and effective management rules were set, with corresponding deadlines and responsible partners. Local associated partners were presented and involved. Team building activity took place. All hesitations concerning the project management and implementation were discussed and solved by the partners.
